Director cheats actress for girlfriend?

Siya Patil is not excited even a bit about her film 'IPL', which released on December 26.
The actress claims that producer of the film, Mohan Purohit, has cheated her on multiple fronts.
To start with, Siya wasn't approached by Purohit to sign an NOC before releasing the film, which is mandatory for every filmmaker. Secondly, Siya says she was conveniently excluded from the film's promotions to give publicity to the producer's girlfriend.And last but not the least, Siya hasn't been paid all her dues!
Siya narrated, "When I signed the movie early this year, I was told that I am playing one of the two leads. I shot for my part and even did a photo shoot for promotional purpose.Then for some months I wasn't in touch with the makers thinking that they would contact me when required. Also, incidences like my mother's sudden death and my marriage on the personal front, kept me occupied. Suddenly some days ago, I saw the film's poster which only had Sheetal Upre's (who plays the other lead) picture. I did not receive a single call asking to join the promotional activities which the makers had started. From sources I got to know that Upre is in a love relationship with the producer and was roped in last minute as second lead. That's when I gauged the reason only she was being promoted."
"Let alone the NOC, the makers haven't been professional enough to show me the complete film before its release nor have cleared all my dues yet. Signing this film was a big mistake on my part," Siya added.
