City Link Union Calls for Talks With 2,700 Jobs at Risk

The U.K.’s RMT union called for “urgent talks” with City Link Ltd. administrator Ernst & Young and U.K. Business Secretary Vince Cable after the courier service went into administration and said 2,700 jobs were at risk.

The union warned that delays to “swift action” could damage the chances of rescuing jobs under threat, according to an e-mailed statement today.
