Bollywood stars celebrated Christmas on 25 December with close friends and family.
While, the Kapoor khandaan celebrated Christmas at Shashi Kapoor's home, star wife Gauri Khan threw a private party for her dear friends at her residence on Thursday.
Gauri, who has been celebrating Christmas with her friends for a few years now, decided to hold this year's party at Mannat. Known to be a perfect host, Gauri apparently took personal care of food, decorations and all other arrangements.
The bash was attended by Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri's close friends including Neelam Kothari, Sanjay Kapoor, Maheep Kapoor, Samir Soni, Bhavna Pandey and many others.
"No one wants to miss Gauri's party knowing how a wonderful a host she is. Christmas with her close friends is a tradition she has been following for many years now. Every year, the party happens at the residence of a close friend and this year it was Gauri's turn," a source told Deccan Chronicle.
SRK reportedly joined the guests late at night as he was busy with his photo shoot held at Mannat.
"Shah Rukh was also busy finishing his photo shoot at Mannat and joined them late in the night. Once he stepped in, it went on till the wee hours of the morning. Gauri's friends have been with her for many years now and they always hang out in a group," the source added.
On the work front, SRK is busy shooting for Maneesh Sharma's "Fan" and Rahul Dholakia's "Raees", both lined up for release next year.
