(MENAFNEditorial) Khaleeji Commercial Bank has been recognized as one of the important sponsors of the International Quran Recitation Competition through internet, in the final ceremony that was held lately under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain. Sheikh Khalid Bin Ali Al Khalifa, the Bahraini Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs, and Dr. Farid bin Yaqoob Al-Meftah the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, presented Mr. Khalil Ismaeel Al Meer, CEO of Khaleeji Commercial Bank with the sponsor's trophy in recognition of the Bank's contribution to this international competition. Mr. Al Meer expressed his appreciation for this recognition which highlights the contribution and support of the Bank for such initiatives which relate to encouraging youths to recite and memorize the Quraan and engage in its various studies.
