Indian Ocean giving music to Tolly film!

Indian Ocean will be composing music for the docu director's first Bengali feature
Documentary director Soandan bandopadhyay is a known name in the festival circuit. But this time, he is directing a full-length Bengali feature film which will also act as the Band, Indian Ocean's entry into the regional industry's music scenario. The band's front man Rahul Ram has previously rendered two siongs for Riingo's Ek Je Aache Shahor (yet to be released), but the band,.as an outfit, will be ciomposing music for Tollywood for the first time with Spandan's film, City of Dark.

The film stars Sabyasachi Mukherjee as the male lead and has Subha Madgal rensdering the title track — Ye shahar bekarar. Rahul himself has also rendered a baul track for the film.
Spandan has been working with the band on short films for long and it was that association that got translated into the band's fisrt stint as Music Directors for a Bengali film. Spandan also plans to work with Indian Ocean founder Susmit Sen on his next project.
