New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Thursday asked meda outlets to remove all defamatory content related to the sexual harassment case against a former Supreme Court judge removed within 24 hours. The court in its order on Thursday said that no statements which are defamatory against the retired judge should be made and pictures connecting the former judge to the case cannot be published. 
 
The court added all the statements should be qualified as allegations which are not to be taken as facts. 
 
A law intern has accused a former Suprme Court judge of sexual harassment and has also moved the Supreme Court seeking action in the case. The intern had sought that a committee be constituted to look at her complaint. The alleged incident happened in 2011 when the lawyer was interning with the former judge.
