The National Oil Corporation (NOC) in Libya has recently announced that the Corporation and its employees have been maneuvering Libya's independent oil and gas institution through most difficult times.
The NOC has declared that it will remain independent, and it will fulfill its goal for Libya's oil and gas sector to contribute its utmost essential needs of all Libyans across the country, in the present and future.
The announcement issued by Libya’s NOC noted that “As the sole legal entity to represent and act on behalf of the Libyan oil and gas sector, NOC will continue the sound partnerships with international oil companies.”
