NAGOYA -- Restructuring of the Toyota group has shifted into higher gear.
The latest step came Friday, with the announcement that Aisin Seiki and Shiroki will transfer their seat frame component businesses to Toyota Boshoku, and that during 2016 Aisin and Shiroki will merge their remaining operations.
