YSRCP MLC, Jupudi Prabhakara Rao on Friday joined Telugu Desam party in the presence of the Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. Mr. Rao, once a trusted lieutenant of YSRC president Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy quit YSRC in August blaming party leaders Y. V. Subba Reddy and Balineni Srinivas for his defeat in the Assembly elections. He was maintaining a distance from the party after the elections.
