JJ Bakers, a leading bakery chain in city which handles multiple stores and confectionery retail outlets has announced diversifying into a full-fledged cafe at its 'Heaven Can Wait' branch on Jopling Road, Hazratganj.

LUCKNOW: JJ Bakers, a leading bakery chain in city which handles multiple stores and confectionery retail outlets has announced diversifying into a full-fledged cafe at its 'Heaven Can Wait' branch on Jopling Road, Hazratganj. The company invited senior citizens from Cheshire Home to enjoy with Santa Claus and launched its new menu consisting of various Indian and Italian snacks.
The bakery has launched a new menu which has season's latest collection of desserts and snacks.
The food offers a great mix of local flavours along with some tasty international dishes. The dishes have been researched keeping in mind the youngsters, office goers and also family crowd living n that area.
The menu covers various dishes ranging from burgers, combo meals, pizzas, sandwiches, pasta, Maggi and many options of beverages as well. It's a mix of simple items, which will not be very heavy on the pocket and also fill their stomach.
Major Gen Kalia, Chairman Cheshire Home, accompanied senior citizens at the venue where Santa Claus gave gifts and sweets to all of them. The new menu offers mouth-watering desserts like cheesecakes, red velvet pies, chocolate brownies, chocolate mud tarts, various kinds of mousses, cake pops and many more. A huge variety of cakes and pastries is also available.
JJ Bakers also displayed their Christmas special variety of cakes like Dundee Cake, rich plum cake, carrot cake, date and fig cake, chipnut cake. They have also made plum brownies, Christmas special cupcakes, marzipan sweet etc.
Interacting with the senior citizens, Arvinder Singh Kohli, owner, JJ Bakers said, "We have chosen our items carefully and tried to give a mix of various eating options. We wanted some special people to come and enjoy with our Santa Claus and have a nice time and also at the same time launch our menu."
