Fans of button-pushing Australian hip-hop artist Iggy Azalea — and her ubiquitous single “Fancy” — got a taste of her live skills over the summer when she played Fiddler’s Green. But she’ll return for her own headlining set at the Pepsi Center on April 27 as part of “The Great Escape Tour.” Tickets for the show, with Nick Jonas, Tinashe and DJ Wizz Kid, are on sale at 10 a.m. Dec. 19. Peter Frampton and Cheap Trick’s co-headlining tour leads a wave of notable Red Rocks Ampitheatre announcements this week, with tickets for the guitar- centric acts’ June 16 show on sale at 10 a.m. Dec. 19. ($39.95-$79.50, axs.com)

Colorado favorites the Avett Brothers will bring their melodic, highly harmonized blend of pop, folk and bluegrass back to Red Rocks for another three-night run with a trio of killer openers. Reliable carnival freaks the Flaming Lips will also return to the Paramount for the first time in nearly 13 years with Jan. 4 concert, with passes on sale at 10 a.m. Dec. 19.
