Award winning drama, 'Dehbhaan', is being revived after a gap of 12 years.
Directed by Kumar Sohoni and written by Abhiram Bhadkamkar, the play which was first staged in 2002, had won the Best Writer, Best Director, Best Lights Design, Best Costumes and Best Play award in the Maharashtra Rajya Natya Spardha that year.
The script of the play is being retained due to its relatability with today's times; while the sets and costumes will undergo a transformation.

The play's cast includes actors Rajan Bhise, Reshma Ramchandra, Pradip Patwardhan, Deepak Kadam, Atul Aaglawe, Baal Bapat, Shaswati Pimpalkar and Ila Bhate. The first show will be held in Thane, Mumbai on December 20.
This is also one of the pivotal plays of actor Mukta Barve's theatre career.
