An elderly man who plunged to his death — landing on a Ripley’s Believe It or Not billboard in Midtown, police said on Thursday.
Melvin Johnson, 75, landed on the frame of the billboard next to the Times Square Hotel on the third floor around 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
Johnson, of the Bronx, was discovered around 11:30 a.m., two days after he leapt from the 12th Floor of the AMC movie theater, sources said.
Police have recovered surveillance video of the incident.
