Ileana D’Cruz graces the launch of Footin store in Noida

INDIA IDEAL: It was all about fashion and comfort for the feet (and wallet) when international shoes and accessories brand, Footin, which has stores across Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia, launched it’s 39th store in India in Noida recently. Many were spotted at the launch as Bollywood actress Ileana D’Cruz, Thomas G Bata, chairman, Bata Shoe Organisation and Rajeev Gopalakrishnan, group managing director, South Asia, inaugurated the store.
Rajeev told us, “It gives me immense pleasure to announce the opening of our new store in Noida and build on our growth strategy to expand in the country. Our objective is to offer customers with a young, stylish and affordable collection to choose from. With the opening of bigger and better stores in the country, we aim to enhance the customers’ shopping experience with the right mix of fashion, quality and comfort.”
BOLLY FACTOR: Ileana added, “The collection is within the price range of college girls and boys and has bold colours. I really like the men’s section and the loafers for girls. It’s a nice blend.” Her personal favourites, however, were the ankle length boots and colour block stilettos.
Two fans present at the do also won handbags autographed by her and Thomas G Bata.
