Nithya Menen with Siddharth and Samantha

The cast of Telugu remake of Malayalam hit Bangalore Days just got even more star studded. It has been learnt that Nithya Menen has been roped in to act in the multi-starrer, to be directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. Nithya played a cameo (Natasha Francis) in the original. The talented actress is going to be playing one of the lead roles in the remake.
A source close to the actress informs, ���Bhaskar recently met her to narrate the script.Nithya has given her nod to be part of the project. Having acted in the original film, Nithya was familiar with the story line.���
The curly-haired beauty will be paired opposite Tamil actor Arya in the bilingual romantic drama that also features Siddharth and Samantha. The filmmakers are scouting for the third lead pair in the film, which is expected to go on floors from January. Apparently, Bhaskar has tweaked the original script to suit Tamil and Telugu sensibilities.
Nithya is presently shooting for Allu Arjun-Trivikram���s untitled Telugu film. She is awaiting the release of the Telugu flick Malli Malli Idhi Rani Roju, besides acting in a couple of films in Tamil and Malayalam.
