TOKYO -- Nihon Unisys is expected to post a consolidated operating profit of just over 4 billion yen ($33.9 million) for the April-December period, a 50% rise on the year.
System configuration for the auto industry fared well, and high-margin orders from financial institutions increased. And with cost cuts, including personnel expenses, the company is set to achieve its first April-December profit increase in two years.
