A fire destroyed the Port of Orillia building on Centennial Drive at around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.
The building housed a washroom and shower facility for boats, a storage area, and an office for the Chamber of Commerce.
Damage is estimated between $400,000 and $500,000.
No one was injured, and the cause of the fire is still being investigated.
Centennial Drive is closed until further notice, and vehicles and pedestrians are asked to avoid the area.
