Cantonment Board, Ferozpur invites applications for assistant teachers

Cantonment Board, Ferozpur under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has invited applications for recruitment of assistant teachers.

Interested candidates can apply for the post in the prescribed format before January 3, 2015. As per the circular issued on its website, only online applications will be considered for the posts.

Vacancies:

Assistant Teacher: 10 Posts (Categories: Unreserved- 5 posts; SC- 3 posts; OBC- 2 posts).

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates applying for the position should have passed 10+2 from recognized Board or institution. Candidates should also hold ETT or its equivalent from a government recognized institution.

Age limit:

Candidates applying for the post should be between 18 to 25 years of age as on January 3, 2015. Relaxation will be given to ST/SC/OBC candidates as per government guidelines.

Salary/ Pay scale:

Rs 10,300 to 34,800 + Rs 4200 GP.

Selection Procedure:

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of a written exam.
