Prince Charles' holiday card features photo from Prince Harry's Invictus Games

The photo chosen for Prince Charles' card was taken at Prince Harry's Invictus Games earlier this year.

LONDON, Dec. 15 (UPI) -- Prince Charles has released his new holiday card featuring himself and is wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, smiling and clapping at his son Prince Harry's Invictus Games.

The 30-year-old prince championed the event earlier this year in which wounded, injured and sick Servicemen and women were encouraged to compete. The photo chosen for Prince Charles' card was taken at the competition's opening ceremony.

Charles' holiday card follows the release of a new set of official portraits of his grandson, Prince George, on the steps of Kensington Palace.
