Munabao rail personnel help Pakistan woman deliver child

In another show of magnanimity towards Pakistan, Indian personnel at Munabao railway station helped a Pakistani woman, who while returning from India to Pakistan developed labour pains, deliver the baby and even helped in sending the mother and the newborn boy to Pakistan through Thar Express.

JAISALMER: In another show of magnanimity towards Pakistan, Indian personnel at Munabao railway station helped a Pakistani woman, who while returning from India to Pakistan developed labour pains, deliver the baby and even helped in sending the mother and the newborn boy to Pakistan through Thar Express. Pakistani officers accepted the child born at Munabao station along with the mother.
Barmer deputy CMHO Kushwant Khatri informed that, “Lali, wife of Beerbal Ram Bhil, resident of Gangpal Mandi, Bhawalpur on Saturday was going to Pakistan from India through Thar Express. During this, Lali developed labour pains the medical team present at the station helped the woman to deliver the baby safely. Later, with the help of immigration and other security agencies, Pak officers were contacted and mother and child were sent to Pakistan through Thar Express. Pak officers accepted the child born at Munabao station along with the mother.”
Almost three months ago, a Pakistani woman delivered a baby in Jaisalmer and later on after getting visa from the Pakistan High Commission the child was sent back to Pakistan.
