A longtime Plaistow town employee has been accused of accessing the email accounts of the town's fire chief and two other co-workers, according to court documents.Leigh Komornick, the town planner in Plaistow, is facing fraud and identity theft charges. In newly released court documents, police accuse Komornick of breaking into the email accounts of the fire chief, building inspector and an administrative assistance.The court documents don't contain much information, but they add some detail to the case. Investigators accuse Komornick of snooping in the emails of fellow employees and forwarding them to herself and another man, identified as a former town employee.One of the alleged victims contacted by News 9 couldn't say much about the case but said the accusations against Komornick represent a violation of privacy and trust and damage the image of the town.Komornick is free on personal recognizance bail but is barred from returning to work. She is scheduled to appear in court in 10 days.
