CP Raahgiri suspended, fun continues in Dwarka

Raahgiri in CP will go on pause as the NDMC (New Delhi Municipal Council) and Delhi Police have decided to discontinue the event for a few weeks from this Sunday owing to the winters.
Raahgiri in CP will resume from February. NDMC chairman Jalaj Shrivastava confirmed the same and said, “Yes, Raahgiri will resume only after January 26. It’s winter and there were also security reasons due to which we have taken this decision.” Sarika Panda Bhatt from Embarq India added, “It’s difficult for people to come to CP so early in winters.Raahgiri in CP starts from 6am and we have to wind up by 9am. We will revive Raahgiri in February.”
