AL Vijay's Next Film With Vikram Prabhu And Keerthy Suresh is 'Idhu Enna Maayam'

The name of the upcoming romantic entertainer starring Vikram Prabhu and Keerthy Suresh in the lead is "Idhu Enna Maayam".

The film will be directed by AL Vijay, who is known for his films like "Kireedam", "Madrasapattanam", "Deiva Thirumangal", Thaandavam", "Thaivaa" and the latest flick "Saivam".

Earlier, it was reported that Prabhu will play the role of a magician, based on the posters of the film that were released online.

But director Vijay has now denied the rumours.

"He plays a normal young guy who is full of dreams. He is not playing a magician's role in the film. My film is a beautiful love story between two very different people. Each one's perspective on love is completely different from the other, but still, how they fall in love with each other is what this film is all about," said Vijay to The Times of India

The shooting of the film is taking place at a brisk pace. The director added that 10 more days of the shooting are left, at various locations of Chennai and Kochi.

Actor Prabhu is also awaiting the release of his film "Vellakkara Durai", directed by Ezhil. The film stars Sri Divya as lead opposite Vikram in the movie.

For Keerthy, "Idhu Enna Maayam" is her debut Tamil movie. She is the daughter of Malayalam producer Suresh Kumar and celebrated actress Menaka. The actress is popular in Malayalam and has already made her debut in Telugu film with "Rendu Jella Sita" opposite debutant Naveen, who is the son of veteran Telugu actor Naresh.

"Idhu Enna Maayam" will have five songs, which are composed by GV Prakash and lyrics have been penned by Na Muthukumar.

Cinematography will be done by Nirav Shah and editing by Anthony.

"Idhu Enna Maayam" is produced by R SarathKumar, Radhika Sarathkumar and Listin Stephen under the banner of Magic Frame and the movie is expected to hit theatres by early 2015.
