•Roads: Highway 1 partially washed out near Panoramic Highway in Marin County. Ashby Avenue closed at Interstate 80 in Berkeley because of flooding. Lanes of westbound Highway 37 closed near Highway 101 in Novato. Lanes flooded on Central Expressway in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara.

•Muni: Cable cars replaced by buses.

•Flights: 242 cancellations at SFO. Many flights delayed. Up-to-date link: SFO.

•Power: About 287,000 customers of Pacific Gas and Electric Co. in Northern and Central California without power. Up-to-date PG&E map: Bay Area Electric Outage Center

Meters: No enforcement in San Francisco because of the storm.
