Barkat: Recent Jerusalem violence result of 'teenagers not listening to their parents'

Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat spoke at The Jerusalem Post Diplomatic Conference on Thursday, attributing recent violence in the capital to "teenagers not listening to their parents."
He said that the city had been successful in curbing the violence, by getting the kids off the streets and back into school, focusing on their futures, rather than political violence.
"There has been a significant decrease in violence in the Arab communities since the city took action to get kids back in schools," Barkat stated.
