Youth determined to bring Omar Abdullah back to power: Sadhotra

JAMMU, Dec 10:  Senior leader National Conference and contesting candidate from Marh Assembly Constituency, Ajay Sadhotra today said that youth were determined to bring Omar Abdullah back to power as Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir State because of the latter’s visionary approach and capability to carry all the sections of the society along.
“The Omar Abdullah led Government was an era of development which ushered a new chapter in the history of Jammu and Kashmir including a number of developmental works for the equitable development of all the three regions of the State”, he said while addressing series of meetings as a part of election campaign in the villages at Kirpalpur Jattan, Nai Basti, Qazi Dhokerian and Phallain Colony.
He asserted that youth constitute a large force as they are energetic, enthusiastic and constitute a major part of population and can play a pivotal role in the socio-economic regeneration of the society. “The involvement of youth also generates a sense of pride and self confidence in them. They have to play a vital role to strengthen the hands of Omar Abdullah to carry forward the State of Jammu and Kashmir on the path of progress and prosperity,” he said.
On the occasion, a number of youth joined the National Conference. They assured Mr Sadhotra that they would work with zeal and zest to strengthen the party and would not leave any stone unturned for his success in the forthcoming Assembly elections.
Others who spoke on the occasion, include Bushan Sharma Sarpanch, Subash Sharma Sarpanch, Bishan Dass Sarpanch, Raghubir Singh Manhas, Kasturi Lal Sharma, Purshotam Sharma, Tara Chand Sharma, Joginder Singh, Ch Lakhwinder and Dharam Chand.
