It premiered on July 21 and will apparently wrap up by January-end. Featuring Nalini Negi in the title role and Bhagyashree as her mother, the show had a change in its time slot from 10 pm to 9 pm. It touched upon bold themes including incest, but barely six months after it was launched, a decision to end 'Laut Aao Trisha' has been taken.

Says a source, “There is uncertainty looming over the fate of the show.The production house has been asked to scrap tracks on several occasions.” Producer Bhairavi Raichura and Ajit Thakur, business head of the channel, didn’t revert to our text messages.
