Software Ganda Movie Review
Critic's Rating: 3.0/5
* An all-out entertainer, Software Ganda offers a generous dose of laughter. Jaggesh shines all through the movie with his superlative performance.
Manu (Jaggesh), a software engineer, joins a US-based company as executive assistant to CMO Nikhitha (Priya S Rao). She is short-tempered and hence, hated the most by colleagues. In the first half, Manu goes through some hilarious situations while struggling to cope with the horrible boss. The story takes a dramatic turn when Priya gets to know that she had to leave for Australia in three months due to visa problems. The cunning Priya cajoles Manu into acting as her husband to stay back. He agrees, but with some riders. From the urban settings, the movie shifts focus to his village where a lot more funny and dramatic events await.
This Kannada version of Malayalam movie ‘Yes Boss’ has all the local flavours to keep the family audience in good humour. Jaggesh steals the show with his trademark expressions. Nikhitha excels as angry boss. Sakshi Agarwal adds glamour quotient with a lively performance. Ruthu as heroine's friend makes her presence felt. Srinath as hero's father makes a graceful appearance. Music by Veer Samarth is good.
