Dhruv Warrior, who has spent seven and 3/4th years at JWT, fancies himself "a happy guy" who lives life to the fullest. We're inclined to believe him. Here's why. He works in an industry where one of the biggest grouses is cruel working hours.

Yet, Warrior finds time to play club football for an A division team in the Karnataka State Football League. Last season they played super division which is a level below the i-League 2. He practices/trains muay thai to keep fit apart from his regular football training. And still finds energy and inclination to write, enjoy music and more of the great outdoors.

This striker admits to wearing his heart on his sleeve and is never afraid to speak his mind, on record that is, a rare quality in the ad business. And since we're being honest and all, he admits, "I feel like I am the jack of many trades but king of none.

However, I hate being mediocre or average at anything so I'm always pushing myself to be the best at what I do. 21 international awards this season backs that claim." The list of awards includes Cannes Lions for Nike's 'Make Every Yard Count'. And make 'em count he does.

Best thing about my job: The freedom. Overall I like the fact that my work feels like play a lot of the time. I get to goof off as long as I deliver good work and don't miss my deadlines.

Worst thing about my job: Freedom comes at a price, to earn it at work you have to work really hard and that means a lot of the time your personal life suffers. ALSO, HOW COME THERE IS NO CONCEPT OF OVERTIME?

If I become the CEO of an agency I'll: Be procreative to the point where we would stand up to, and fire clients, if needed. If we want advertising to move ahead we really have to start pushing our creative product.

My 30 sec elevator pitch to my ad idol: I have the gift of the gab. So the pitch would probably involve me fixing up a meeting over drinks where I seal the deal. My opening line? I have a target and it's to be better than you. Will you teach me how?
