  1. Corrected the description of what to use the form for. Removed section on the Smarter Environmental Regulation Review.

  2. Update to both the application form and guidance to remove or amend various questions. Change made to show available standard rules sets. Update to wording for waste production criterion for a low impact installation and amendment to the section on applying for more than one set of standard rules.

  3. Removed from the application form references to EMAS and EMAS Easy and updated the list of rule sets that can be applied for. Added to the guidance note SR2020 No 1 to the list of SRs that need a fire prevention plan and updated information on obtaining pre-application advice and how it is used.

  4. Updated both the application form and guidance to delete the following SRs: 2015 No7; 2015 No9; 2015 No11 and 2015 No22.

  5. Updated to get application form in line with Standard Rules currently available. Additional text on applying for multiple Standard Rules. Separate appendix for dates of birth information.

  6. Update to guidance to add text about applying for multiple Standard Rules and site plans.

  7. Removed form F2. You now need to complete form F1 to change a permit for a water discharge or point source groundwater discharge activity.

  8. Application for an environmental permit Part B1 - standard facilities permit has been updated.

  9. Forms updated to accommodate the Standard Rule No 39. Guidance on GOV.UK page updated to reflect changes to The Environmental Permitting Regulations (EPR).

  10. Updated as part of the alterations to the Environment Agency's standard rules.

  11. The form now has an additional Standard Rule on the list. Also additional blank rows have been added to the list so that it can be used for any new standard rules that come out before the form is next updated.
