Appetizer: Lump Crab Salad (hydro watercress, texas grapefruit), Goat Cheese Polenta (duck confit, winter mushroom jus), Blue Point Oysters Rockefeller (pernod spinach, nueske’s bacon), Lobster Bisque (caviar crostini), Roasted White & Green Asparagus (humboldt fog cheese)
Entrée: Rack of Lamb (sautéed spinach, baby artichoke, mashed potatoes), Seared Sea Scallops (spinach parmesan risotto, golden tomato marinara), Filet Mignon (pancetta roasted fingerlings, brussels sprouts, herb garlic butter), Alaskan Black Cod (haricot vert, fingerlings, saffron-fennel nage), Winter Truffle Roasted Chicken(pappardelle carbonara, prosciutto, spinach, parsley cream)
