Action Jackson gets average opening at the box office
Despite big names, Action Jackson seems to get just an average opening at the box office.
Prabhudheva has always struck gold at the box office with the Hindi remakes of South films. Be it Wanted, Rowdy Rathore or R Rajkumar, these films have recieved much appreciation from the fans and minted moolah at the box office. But the director's latest film Action Jackson seems to get just an average opening at the box office.
Despite having big names like Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha, the film did not open too well at the box office. The film has also got a thumbs down from the critics for its weak plot and even weaker screenplay and it seems even audiences are not impressed by Prabhudheva's new film.
According to DNA, the film has managed to earn only Rs 9.25 crore on its opening day.
If the film is unable to hold onto the attention of the audiences, it might turn out to be another disaster like Himmatwala in Ajay's career.
