Queen's Park eased to their eighth win in nine matches to remain three points off top spot in League Two.
The hosts took the lead when Bryan Wharton wriggled free of his marker to head home a cross from Darren Miller.
John Carter doubled the lead before the hour after Paul Woods put a ball across the edge of the six-yard box and John Carter hammered it home.
Miller added a third goal from six yards and missed a great chance for a second in the final minute.
