One of the country’s top companies in the cooling industry, Avis, recently celebrated the completion of 30 years in the market in style, when they hosted a grand party in the capital. Bollywood actor Zarine Khan also attended the event and unveiled the latest range of products along with Amit Chaudhary, managing director, Avis Private Limited. Said, Amit, “In the last 30 years, the company has initiated many innovations in coolers that are technologically advanced and aesthetically inspiring.
For us, this will be the year of advancement and expansion, as we have decided to start operating across India with the introduction of our new consumer durable range like LED televisions, washing machines and refrigerators.”
When Dilli ki sardi beckoned: Zarine, who was accompanied by her sister Sana, told us, “It’s always nice to visit the capital. I enjoy being in Delhi more during this time because I love the chilly weather.” The event also saw a dance performance by Russian artistes, who enthralled the audience with their elegant and synchronised moves and colourful outfits.
