Reading defender Anton Ferdinand has been ruled out of Saturday's clash with Bolton after suffering another injury setback.
The former West Ham and QPR centre-half has managed just two brief appearances for the Royals since joining in early August.
And Ferdinand will now miss Saturday's clash with Bolton after suffering a calf problem in a late cameo at Norwich last weekend.
"Ferdinand is not fit. He's not going to figure, he's got an issue with his calf that was picked up on Saturday," said manager Nigel Adkins.
"There's something not quite right with his calf quite clearly."
