I've had enough of politics: Shivarajkumar

Ruling out the possibility of taking the plunge into politics, actor Shivarajkumar has asserted that he will never join politics and will remain an actor for the rest of his life. “Since my wife Geetha comes from a political family, I couldn’t say no to her wish to contest in the last MP elections. Henceforth, no one from my family will enter politics,” said Shivarajkumar at a recent function in Channapatna.
“It was by accident that my wife made an entry to politics,” said Shivanna, who campaigned for his wife in the last parliamentary elections along with various Sandalwood actors. There were speculations that Geetha’s decision to contest in the elections caused a rift in Rajkumar’s family.
Currently, the actor is shooting for Vajrakya, directed by choreographer-turned-director A Harsha.
