Tax officers seal off Lohvinau book store in Minsk

Tax officers came to the popular book store with an unexpected financial audit.

Nasha Niva learnt it from the store staff.

According to the staff, the audit was organised on the order of the Information Ministry. The book store has been sealed off. The measure seems exceptional for such a procedure.

The Ministry of Information revoked the publisher's licence of Lohvinau publishing house for the album Belarus Press Photo 2011.

The book store in the centre of Minsk was often used for book presentations and had popularity among the youth.
