Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force recruitments for hindi translators

Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has notified in the Employment News 29 November 2014, recruitment of 7 Hindi translator posts. The candidates applying should be Indian citizens for filling up posts of General Central Service Group 'B' Non Gazetted (Non Ministerial) on temporary basis who are likely to be permanent in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age:
The age of the applicant must not be more than 30 years, i.e. the candidate must not be born before August 19, 1984. Age relaxations as per the government rules.

Qualification:
The aspirant must have a Post Graduation degree in Hindi or English with Hindi and English as compulsory / elective subjects or as the medium of exam at the Graduation level or PG degree in any subject other than Hindi and English with English and Hindi as compulsory or elective subjects.

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs.4600.

Selection Procedure:
The selection process for these posts includes various phases of examination like Height Bar, Physical Standard Test, Biometric Identification, Written Examination and Interview. Candidates who fail to qualify any of these exams would be eliminated from the selection process and won't be allowed to appear in further tests.
