89th anniversary of Krishan Joo Razdan observed

JAMMU, Nov 29:The 89th death anniversary of Pt Krishan Joo Razdhan a Bhakti poet of Kashmir was observed today with fervor and gaiety.
In this connection a function was held at Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra Anandnagar Bohri and Krishan Langoo a well known musician presided over the function.
Prof P N Trisal was the chief guest and Bushan Lal Razdan (Ex DG IT NZ) was the guest of honour.
The welcome address was made by Hirday Nath Pandita of SSK. A symposium on the topic Samajik Uthan Mein Kaviyunki Bhoomika was also held on the occasion.
Those who spoke on the life of Krishan Joo Razdan included Kundan Paras Kashmri, P L Hatash, Badri Nath Abilash, Maharaj Krishan Maharaj and Santosh Nadan.
Santosh Nadan also mesmerized the gathering by reciting Kashmiri Leela in her melodious voice.
Bushan Lal Razdan and P N Trisal threw light on the spiritual life of Krishan Joo Razdan and his Bakti poetry. They said his Bakti poetry is the reflection of the same.
Krishan Langoo spoke at length on the role of Bakti poets and spirituality.
