Suhasini performed at Antaram, a dance show by Namaargam at Music Academy in Chennai

It was an evening of scintillating performances by some of the best talents in our country. The performances by Gopika Varma, Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Krithika Subrahmanian and Yamini Reddy was a visual treat for the audience who queued up to watch the show. Whether it was Gopika’s Mohiniattam, Yamini’s Kuchipudi, Krithika’s Bharatanatyam or Suhasini’s aerial act, the presentation was a confluence of dance, music and theatre.
Several known-faces from the film and art fraternity made it to the event. Charu Haasan was one of the first few guests to arrive. Others present were Mohan, Kutti Padmini, Padma Subramanyam, Parthepan, Poornima Bhagyaraj, Vani Ganapathy, Vijji, Kala, Vasanth and Vineeth, among others. Padma looked resplendent in a traditional silk sari, while Vani wore a printed sari that she paired with silver accessories.
