Brangelina's breath sold online!
The internet throws up all kinds of crazy things and this one takes the proverbial cake! As per a report by IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare), close to a staggering $11 million worth of the world’s endangered wildlife and illicitly acquired wildlife products is up for sale.
From live tigers, to a toilet trained gorilla, cheetahs, bears, orangutans, emerald boas, chimpanzees and poison dart frogs, these are all on auction sites, said the report.
Among other things are also polar bear rugs, snow leopards’ teeth and a £55,000 cup made from a rhino’s horn. The news has shocked activists and animal lovers and it is a call to strengthen efforts to tackle wildlife cybercrime.
