London: Dwayne Johnson has sold his Hidden Hills estate at a knock-out price of 4.9 million dollars.
The 40-year-old actor listed the Californian home in May and an unnamed businessman is said to have snapped up the property, the Daily Mail reported.
It’s currently in escrow and scheduled to close shortly, according to TMZ.com.
The home is certainly family friendly, with one of the six bedrooms designed for a young girl in soft pinks and pastels, which formerly belonged to Johnson’s ten-year-old daughter Simone.
Another large room that stands out is what appears to be the master bedroom.
Not only does it feature a huge bed, a desk and a giant television, but the room also has space for a large rug, a chez lounge and a statue.
Being a WWE wrestler, many people would expect Johnson - who goes his ring name “The Rock” - to have a wrestling ring inside his home, however although he has plenty of space for one it seems that he opted against it.
Instead, ‘The Scorpion King’ star has a cinema inside the property that includes comfy-looking seats and no doubt a popcorn machine.
The house also features two luxurious guest bedrooms for when the actor has friends come and stay.
And when it comes to entertaining his guests, Johnson not only has a huge kitchen inside his house but he also boasts an outdoor one too with a state of the art barbeque.
Also in the garden is a large swimming pool that is located right on the edge of the garden, where residents can look out to a breathtaking view of Los Angeles.
