Salman Khan has given many new comers a launch pad for their Bollywood dreams. The latest one added to this list is none other than his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. Reports of Aayush training under 'Bhaijaan' were doing rounds a few months back.

Buzz about Salman launching Aayush under his banner was rife. However, those rumours were refuted by saying that the hunk wanted to enter the film industry on his own terms.

There were reports of Aayush being cast opposite Katrina Kaif for his first film. Then Mouni Roy's name was into the mix. However, according to the recent update, Salman's production house is on the hunt for a fresh 'premika' (Fresh face) to star opposite Aayush Sharma.

An Instagram post by casting director Mukesh Chhabra only adds fuel to the fire which says, "Scouting for Female Lead in the age group of 20-25 for a Salman Khan Production."

Salman Khan has mentored many newbies, grooming them for Bollywood and even launching some of them in films. According to a report, the superstar is now planning to launch his sister's husband, Aayush Sharma in Bollywood. A source has been quoted in the report as saying that having mentored aspirants like Pulkit Samrat and Sooraj Pancholi with varying degrees of success, only time will tell if he will successfully make his favourite sister's husband a star. Aayush is currently working as an Assistant Director on Salman's upcoming film, Sultan.

After all the hush-hush about Arpita Khan’s husband Aayush Sharma’s Bollywood plans, here comes a confirmation on the same. According to a report, Sohail Khan will be launching Aayush Sharma in his film which is set to go on the floors in December. Also, in order to boost its popularity, Salman Khan will also be performing a special dance number to be sung by Mika Singh. Sohail has produced films like Ready and Jai Ho, and is currently looking out for a female lead opposite Aayush.

Aayush Sharma had tied the knot with Salman Khan's sister, Arpita, in what can be called the wedding of the year. Aayush and Arpita have, since then, been spotted on the sets of bhai's films. They were also present on the sets of Bajrangi Bhaijaan during the Kashmir schedule. According to a report, after the success of the film, Salman has asked Kabir Khan to make a film with Aayush Sharma. Given Salman's eye for spotting talent, we are looking forward to seeing Salman's brother-in-law's acting debut.

Aayush Sharma, who tied the knot with Salman Khan's sister Arpita Khan in November 2014, may have his Bollywood aspirations. But apparently, the Khans have no plans to launch the brother-in-law in the industry yet. According to a report, Arbaaz Khan said that the Khan family is not obliged to make a movie with Aayush or launch him just because he is associated with the family. According to Arbaaz, as stated in the report, Aayush wants to do things on his own, adding that if they ever chance upon a script which needs him, they will take him. Born to Congress Minister Anil Sharma in Himachal Pradesh, Aayush is the grandson of Congress leader Sukhram Sharma who is credited for bringing about the telecom revolution in Himachal Pradesh. The aspiring actor, who celebrates his birthday on October 26, is a headstrong Scorpio. Aayush has done his schooling from Delhi Public School, and currently looks after the family business in Delhi. He has acting ambitions and had moved to Mumbai in hopes of making it big in Bollywood. In this picture, Aayush is perhaps trying to capture his transformation. The aspiring actor loves his family and comes across as a family person.
