To carry out engineering work in Villupuram yard, the following changes will be made in the pattern of train services on Friday:
Partial cancellations
Train no. 56037/56038 Chennai Egmore–Puducherry–Chennai Egmore passenger trains will be partially cancelled between Tindivanam and Puducherry.
Train no. 12635 Chennai Egmore–Madurai Vaigai Express will be regulated for 20 minutes between Chennai Egmore and Villupuram.
Superfast specials
The following superfast special services have been arranged to clear the extra rush of passengers.
Train no. 06718 Tirunelveli-Chennai Egmore superfast special train will leave Tirunelveli at 6.15 p.m on November 30, and reach Egmore at 7.15 a.m the next day.
Train no. 06717 Chennai Egmore-Tirunelveli superfast special train will leave Egmore at 10.45 p.m. on December 1, and reach Tirunelveli at 12.30 p.m. the next day.
Advance reservation for the above trains will commence on Thursday.
