Hamilton-Wickham were dismissed for 225 in the 45th, and final over, of the innings.
Richard Stark (4-57) and Andrew Nicolai (3-67) shared the bowling honours.
The Kookaburras made 139 in reply.
Stark top scored with 26.
Toronto was missing some regular first graders, including captain Joe Price and absent batsman Greg Hunt, who were on representative duty for Newcastle.
The Kookaburras will take on Wests at No1 Sportsground in the round 8 fixture starting on Saturday.
