Robert Pattinson eyes $5.75M Tribeca pad

Rob Pattinson is getting close to buying a Manhattan property, we hear.

The “Twilight” star, whose property hunt has been chronicled by Gimme Shelter, checked out a $5.75 million unit at the Cobblestone Lofts, at 28 Laight St.

While Pattinson traveled by SUV to tour the 200 11th Ave. penthouse, he came by bike to tour this 3,300 square foot three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom unit.

Listing brokers are Town Residential’s Jason Karadus and Matthew Steer, who declined to comment.

Maxim Finsky, a Russian mining entrepreneur and business associate of Mikhail Prokhorov, just sold a three-bedroom condo at the Time Warner Center for a whopping $18 million.

Finsky nabbed the 74th-floor pad — #74A — in 2008 for $11 million. Listing brokers Dennis Mangone and Pablo Alfaro of Douglas Elliman, could not be reached for comment.

The buyers, we hear, are Vermont Coffee Company moguls.

We hear

  • That Town Residential is launching a magazine, My TOWN, this spring under branding guru David Lipman. Fashion photog Sebastian Faena will shoot the first cover …
  • That top broker Kyle Blackmon left Brown Harris Stevens for Urban Compass. Blackmon sold ex-Citigroup honcho Sandy Weill’s 15 Central Park West penthouse for a record $88 million to Dmitry Rybolovlev, a Russian fertilizer tsar who said his daughter bought it — a “fact” disputed by his ex-wife who was awarded $4.8 billion in a divorce settlement.
