Yoga, pilates and no bread - How Behati Prinsloo gets Victoria's Secret runway ready

Behati Prinsloo says bread is her "big problem".
The 25-year-old model is gearing up to strut her stuff at the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, which is being held in London, UK, on December 2.
The lingerie label's Angels are renowned for going all out to ensure they look their best at the event, with Behati currently watching what she eats.
"When it's a month away, I try to do something active every day and focus on nutrition. Right now, I'm trying to eliminate bread - that's always my big problem," she laughed to the American edition of OK! magazine.

"Some girls do boxing, others do Zumba; it's really about what works for your body. I love yoga and Pilates, which are great for long, lean muscles, plus a little running and light weights."
Behati is married to Maroon 5 rocker Adam Levine, who is known for being a devotee of yoga, too. It helps the model to have someone so close to her who understands the need for regular exercise.

"We do!" she said, when asked if they work out together. "He motivates me a lot, and it's great to have him around before the show. We're both pretty active, so it makes our relationship a lot of fun."
Although Behati is making sure her body is looking toned for the Victoria's Secret show, her preparation is more relaxed than some of her co-stars'.

In 2011, Adriana Lima - who, alongside Alessandra Ambrosio, will wear one of two $2million Fantasy Bras this year - opened up about how she prepares for the extravaganza. The 33-year-old model starts working out daily with a personal trainer in August, then towards the end of October, she steps that up to twice a day. She has a gallon of water a day while training, as well as taking protein shakes, vitamins and supplements.
Nine days before the show, she stops solid food and only has protein shakes, then 12 hours before she's due on the runway, she stops all liquids.
"No liquids at all so you dry out, sometimes you can lose up to eight pounds just from that," she told British newspaper The Daily Telegraph at the time.
