    Indus Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received “NO OBJECTION” letter from MCA for change of name of the Company from INDUS FINANCE CORPORATION LIMITED to INDUS FINANCE LIMITED. As per the letter, the Company has been advised to complete the name changing process within 60 days effective November 26, 2014. The Company is therefore, taking necessary initiatives to complete the formalities to be followed for effecting the change of Name of the Company.Source : BSE
