SYRAH RESOURCES LIMITED Syrah Resources Limited (ASX: SYR, Syrah or the Company) is pleased to provide an update regarding its water license for the Balama Graphite Project in Mozambique.
WATER LICENSE
Syrah has been notified by the regional water administration that its water license application has been approved for the Balama Project. Water will be supplied from the Chipembe Dam which has a capacity of approximately 25 million m3 and is located 12 km away from the Balama Project. The license is for a duration of 5 years (renewable) and 2 million m3 will be provided annually.
This volume of water has been conservatively calculated to satisfy water demand for operations in
Balama and Syrah will continue to update the market as other infrastructure and logistics aspects become finalised.
