Telangana Agriculture Secretary Poonam Malakondaiah will hold additional charge as Vice-Chancellor of P.V. Narasimha Rao Veterinary Sciences University. Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday signed the relevant file, making her the Vice-Chancellor. After bifurcation of the State, the Telangana government has created a separate veterinary university.
